All products available in the Store are brand new and free from physical defects, come from a legal source, are original and have the manufacturer's quality guarantee.
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint in the store. The product may be complained of in the event of its non-compliance with the goods contained in the order and in the event of any defects and damage to the goods, including:
- manufacturing defects,
- mechanical damage caused during transport
- damage caused during the use of the product
The store is responsible for product defects and considers complaints on the basis of the applicable provisions of the Civil Code.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Store of the shipment with the goods complained about and the completed complaint form (this form is not a document necessary to consider and accept the complaint and is only of an auxiliary nature).
In accordance with the Civil Code, in the event of a complaint, the Customer may request the replacement of this product with a new one free from defects, or may withdraw from the sales contract. In the event of a positive consideration of the complaint, the Store undertakes to immediately replace the goods with a new, fully-fledged product. If the Store is not able to replace the defective product, the Store will immediately reimburse the Customer in accordance with applicable law.

Wraz z reklamowanym towarem prosimy o dostarczenie dowodu zakupu: e-mail potwierdzający sprzedaż lub faktury VAT (przy czym dowód zakupu nie jest dokumentem koniecznym do rozpatrzenia i uznania reklamacji i ma on charakter jedynie pomocniczy).

96-500 Sochaczew Poland (Please make a clear note - "RETURN"). The statement should contain the Addressee (KAROLINA NAJI), withdrawal from the contract, order number and date of order / receipt, name and surname of the consumer, consumer's address, consumer's signature and date.
The return will be accepted only with undamaged tags and a string seal. Shirts should have labels and original packaging.
As soon as we receive the product, we will send you an e-mail informing you about the status of your complaint / return. If everything is approved by us, the money will be returned to your account within 14 days.

In the case of return the Store guarantees the Customer a refund of the entire amount paid for the product, without shipping costs. We are not return the costs of custom.
The shipping cost is borne by the customer. This means that the Store reimburses the Customer for an amount equal to the price of the product without delivery. The funds will be refunded within 14 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer. We do not bear the cost of the country's customs duty. If the order is not accepted by the recipient, all related costs are borne by the customer.
